In this interactive 2.5-hour workshop delivered on Herefordshire &Worcestershire Training Hub Learning Management System (LMS) delegates will:
• Explore how their roles may work in and across practices in their PCNs
• Be provided with an overview of the context for PCNs and Additional Roles, exploring how these roles fit within primary care and the wider health and social care agenda
• Learn from previous schemes to support new staff to operate effectively within and across networks and work as part of integrated multi-disciplinary teams
• Use knowledge sharing, self-reflection and group work, allowing time for discussion and questions
• Share experience and hints and tips to help embed roles effectively into the practices making up their PCNs
• Hear about the local Herefordshire and Worcestershire system including the role of the Primary Care Training Hub
