We are offering something a bit different, a build-a-GP-role with a sliding scale of responsibility.

This is a role that values flexibility, where you can choose how much responsibility you have and we adjust your salary on a sliding scale. 

 

We are offering a competitive salary to include medical indemnity, which is covered by our practice group scheme.  Informal enquiries and visits to the practice are very welcome.

About the Practice

·      Practice Population of 13300 and our practice covers the town of Ledbury itself plus the surrounding villages and hamlets.

·      5 Partner GP Team supported by multidisciplinary clinical team of Salaried GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Paramedics, ANPs, Physicians Associate, Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician, First Contact Practitioner and Care Co-ordinator

·      Values: peer support, high quality patient centred care, innovation, continuous service improvement, compassion and good humour!

·      Well managed workload with predictable working hours and a well-resourced duty rota

·      Daily coffee meeting for all GPs and duty clinical team

·      Healthcare Navigation/Signposting by trained receptionists as first port of call for all patients

·      Utilise online access and services, telephone and video consultations as well as face to face consultations where required.

·      Trained administrative team to support the clinical work provided at the practice

·      Collaborative working with neighbouring practices as part of the East Herefordshire PCN (this has included the recent COVID-19 Vaccine rollout programme)
