AI in Healthcare Digital Safety

AI in Healthcare Digital Safety

Taking place on the 17th of April 2026 from 13:00 - 14:00

This session provides a practical, NHS-focused introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Ambient Voice AI in healthcare. It explores what AI and ambient scribing technologies are, how they are already being used in primary care, and the potential benefits for clinician productivity, data quality, and patient experience.

The presentation also focuses strongly on safe, ethical, and legally compliant use of AI, covering information governance, clinical safety, data protection, medico-legal responsibilities, and national guidance. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of both the opportunities and the risks, and what needs to be in place to implement AI tools responsibly in practice.

This session is suitable for all roles.
