Terms and Conditions of Bookings 
Taurus Healthcare Ltd will sell services to you through the Training Hub website subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. By using the primarycaretraininghub.co.uk website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Training Courses 
 primarycaretraininghub.co.uk is a “gateway” to purchase training courses and services from Taurus Healthcare Ltd and other carefully selected and monitored training course providers. 

Bookings - Contract of Sale 
When you make a booking through Training Hub, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your booking and containing the details of your booking. Your booking represents an offer to us to purchase, which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you to confirm the course booking. It is essential that you provide us with a current e-mail address, which can be used to communicate with you on any matters relating to your booking. It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your email address or other contact details. 

The availability of a course is confirmed by Taurus Healthcare Ltd at the time of booking.

Payment must be made by credit or debit card via the online payment gateway on primarycaretraininghub.co.uk at the time of booking.

Cancellations, Reschedules and Course Transfer Policy 

Although rare, from time to time, training providers may need to cancel or reschedule courses. Should a training course be cancelled by Taurus Healthcare Ltd for any reason, an alternative date will be offered.  This is the full extent of the liability which Taurus Healthcare Ltd has for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses or damages arising from course cancellations or rescheduled courses. 

Course cancellations are subject to fees in accordance with the following table of charges:

Self-Paid for Courses

Course Cancellation
1. 100% of course payment refunded minus a £10 administration fee.
2. 100% of course payment retained by Taurus Healthcare Ltd

Funded Courses

Course Cancellation
1. £10 administration fee.
2. Up to £100 non-attendance or cancellation fee may apply.

Please note that course transfers may be subject to an administration fee. If Taurus Healthcare Ltd are to incur any charges as a result of your transfer, these will be passed onto yourself. Fees will be calculated on how much notice has been given, the duration and accreditation of the course and the individual training provider’s terms.

Delegates who fail to complete all parts of the course will not be eligible for any refund or free transfer.

Course and Event Information 
Information relating to courses and events provided by Training Providers is carefully monitored for accuracy, errors or omissions. However, Taurus Healthcare Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors in this information, including but not limited to Providers claims of Approvals and Accreditations. 

Courses are non-residential unless explicitly stated in the course overview or course description. 

Refreshments and a light lunch are typically provided on full day courses, but cannot be guaranteed. 


Specific Course Requirements 
Some courses may have very specific prerequisites or terms and conditions attached, for example, specific experience or qualifications might be necessary for some courses and health requirements might exist for certain practical courses. For courses being held at venues provided by you (In Company/Own venue courses) there may also be specific prerequisites, such as venue requirements and standards, maximum delegate numbers or requirements for you to supply plant, equipment or materials for the course. Where such prerequisites exist they will be outlined in the general information relating to the course.

Credit and Debit Card Fees 
Healthcare training courses are exempt from VAT. Credit and Debit Card fees are charged to the customer in addition to the basic course costs. These fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process. 


Privacy 
We value your privacy and any personal information disclosed to us through the cepnherefordshire.co.uk website, over the telephone or in any other way will only be collected, stored and processed as set on in our Privacy Policy. 

Web Site Licensing, Access and Use 
Use of the primarycaretraininghub.co.uk website includes, viewing the website, making bookings, reviewing bookings and changing bookings or transferring to links provided on the website. You may only establish links to this website with prior written consent from Training Hub. 

The copyright of the material contained on the cepnherefordshire.co.uk web site belongs to Taurus healthcare ltd or its Training Providers, as appropriate. 

By using the primarycaretraininghub.co.uk website you agree not to access, monitor or copy information for your own commercial benefit or the benefit of another party or to use any data mining, robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated data gathering and extraction tools, without prior written permission. You also agree not to make any attempts to attack the infrastructure of the web site. 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Access is further conditional on your agreement that any dispute or matter which arises will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales only to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country. 

Changes and Updates to these Terms and Conditions 
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and the terms and conditions prevailing at the time of booking will apply. Continued use of the cepnherefordshire.co.uk web site indicates your agreement to them and any subsequent amendments.
