We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP for 6 sessions per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) to join our experienced and supportive team.

Working as part of a team of Neighbourhood Outreach Coordinators, you'll work directly within local neighbourhoods to deliver proactive wellbeing support and social prescribing, focusing on communities experiencing the greatest levels of deprivation and unmet need. Based in trusted, familiar community spaces and our five GP Practices, you'll build relationships, reduce barriers to access, and help people improve their mental health, resilience, and connection to support.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Neighbourhoods Group Coordinator and Administrator to join Wyre Forest Health Partnership on a 6-month fixed-term basis with the possibility for extension.

This role sits within our Neighbourhoods Team, which is central to our approach to community-based care focused on making lives better by supporting people earlier, closer to home, and in ways that truly meet their needs.

Our Neighbourhoods Team works in local communities to understand what matters most to people, particularly those at risk of poorer health outcomes. We identify and address barriers to accessing care and support people to stay well for longer.

By helping people access services earlier, we aim to prevent health problems from escalating, reduce avoidable hospital admissions, and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Thorneloe Lodge Surgery is a welcoming, family-orientated GP practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to become part of our growing, forward-thinking team.

Over the past two years, our nursing team has expanded significantly and now consists of an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, two Practice Nurses, a Nurse Associate Student, a Healthcare Assistant and a Phlebotomist. This growth reflects our commitment to investing in our staff, developing new services and creating a positive workplace where every team member is valued.
