Medicines Optimisation in Practice: Practical Approaches to Lipid Management for Pharmacy Professionals Working in General Practice
Taking place online on Friday the 26th of April from 12:00 to 13:00.
This will be an open forum with the pharmacy ambassadors for Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The aim is to discuss how clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians can support lipid management in general practice with a focus on delivery of the QoF indicators CHOL001 and CHOL002. There will be opportunity to discuss real examples, as well as share ideas and experiences.
