We’re delighted to welcome Laura Rush from LR Respiratory Training & Consultancy to deliver our Adult Asthma Update.

Laura is an experienced Respiratory Nurse Specialist and Educator with over 16 years’ experience across clinical practice, respiratory education and service development. She continues to work clinically in primary care, ensuring her teaching is practical, evidence-based and relevant to everyday practice.

Laura also sits on the Primary Care Respiratory Society (PCRS) Education Committee and has extensive experience supporting ICBs, PCNs and Training Hubs across the UK.

This Adult Asthma Update session is designed to build confidence, refresh clinical knowledge and help Practice Nurses translate current asthma guidance into high-quality patient care.

This webinar will cover:

• Getting the asthma diagnosis right

• Latest evidence and guideline updates

• Personalising asthma treatment: AIR, MART and inhaler selection

• Conducting effective asthma reviews

• Supporting self-management with personalised asthma action plans

• Recognising and managing exacerbations

• Identifying difficult and severe asthma: when to refer for specialist assessment and biologics (including use of the HASTE tool)

• Interactive case discussions and Q&A
