Diabetes Structured Education Update - 

Taking place on either:

14th of May from 13:00 - 14:00
or
10th of June from 13:00 - 14:00

The session will provide an update on:

Patient education sessions provided by the diabetes team- virtually and face to face across Worcestershire for T1 and T2 diabetes.

Other education options including

• Pathway to remission

• Digibete

• Carbohydrate counting apps and AI

Speakers for the sessions:

Rosanne Dunkley and Katie Sinclair, Community diabetes dietitians, Diabetes team, Worcestershire Acute Hospitals

The online session is hosted on the Training Hub Learning Management System (LMS) relevant to Worcestershire county Primary Care GPs, Practice Nurses and other members of the MDT. 

The sessions are repeated on multiple dates so you only need to book one session.

Please note your details (name and surgery) will be passed on to the organising team. If you do not wish for this to happen please inform us at the Training Hub before you book.
