Topics covered:

• Glycaemic targets
• Individual and carer expectation
• Tailoring of diabetes medications
• Reducing the risk of hyperglycaemia and hypoglycaemia
• Managing the effects of other medications such as glucocorticosteroids
• Management in the final days of life

Any healthcare professionals involved in end of life care.

Please note this session will be a repeat of the End of life Diabetes care session that was included in the Dying Matters, Cancer and non cancer patients end of life education days.
