Fully Funded 'I need to be seen today' Urgent Care Face-to-face Study Day-

Taking place face-to-face at Nelson House, Whitecross Road, Hereford, Herefordshire, HR4 0DG on the 11th of September from 09:00 - 16:00 - registration from 08:30.

You are invited to join our Training Hub’s Multi-Professional Educators, Dr Olwen Wright and Dr Steph Manton, for this interactive face-to-face study day exploring symptoms and conditions that regularly present in duty team and on-the-day appointments in Primary Care. 

This study day will cover the below topics:

Session 1:  “My child is unwell”

Session 2: The acutely breathless adult

Session 3: Abdominal pain in adults

Session 4: Swollen, painful joints

Session 5: "It’s personal”: acute Gynaecological and urological presentations

Session 6: “I’ve got a rash”

Please note that lunch will not be included, however refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Please note that unfortunately there isn’t any parking on site, however there are several car parks close by. A couple of options are the car park for the Horse and Groom which is a short walk to the venue and Merton Meadow Car Park which is roughly a ten-minute walk.

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A MEMBER OF STAFF BASED IN NELSON HOUSE WHO HAS A SEVERE NUT ALLERGY, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BRINING ANY FOOD WITH TRACES OF NUTS INTO THE BUILDING.
