Diabetes Update

Course Summary

Following the success of the sessions ran since summer 2022 the diabetes team have a new set of dates with a new agenda,

The below three dates are dietitian led sessions to explore diabetes education options and resources available including, Face to face, virtual, online, pathway to remission etc.

• Wednesday the 22^nd May
• Tuesday the 11^th June
• Tuesday the 9^th July

IN ORDER TO MAKE THE SESSIONS INTERESTING AND INTERACTIVE WE REQUEST THAT YOU JOIN FROM A DEVICE WITH A CAMERA.

Formally known as link nurse training/ LIS update

The online session is hosted on the Training Hub Learning Management System (LMS) relevant to Worcestershire county Primary Care GPs, Practice Nurses and other members of the MDT. Who actively manage diabetes and have experience with managing patients on multiple therapies including insulin.

The sessions are repeated on multiple dates so you only need to book one session.

Please note your details (name and surgery) will be passed on to the organising team. If you do not wish for this to happen please inform us at the Training Hub before you book.
