Health Education England offer an e-learning package designed to help managers and members of staff understand all the elements that help maximise the potential of employees is being created.
The Leadership Learning Zone addresses the issues that arise throughout their entire time in role and wider career, right from recruitment, appraisal, through to development and assessment of talent and future potential. It uses interactive exercises and provides you with a suite of tools for you to use within your own workplace.
