We are a really friendly trio looking for a similar team player to join our current partnership.

We work co-operatively with individual and overlapping roles, working closely with our extended management team of a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, an Acute Nurse Practitioner and Practice and Ops Managers.

Good working relationships with our local practices result in a dynamic trend setting PCN, which is one of the most advanced and forward thinking in the region. We have embraced ARRS roles and have a strong, expanding practice pharmacy team, a paramedic and a physiotherapist.

We have been a training practice for over 15 years; many of our trainees staying with us as Associates.

We are high achievers for QOF and with a Good CQC rating.

Droitwich Spa is an expanding town of 27,000 plus; close to the motorway network for swift travel yet very close to rurality and the peace of the countryside.

Qualities needed of you: enthusiasm, a communicator, a team player, a forward tinker. Ideally working 4 days a week but the right person is more important than the timetable and start date.
