Merstow Green Medical Practice is looking to recruit a GP to join our friendly and supportive team due to Senior Partner retirement.

We are a Dispensing Practice that operates from a purpose-built Medical Centre.  Our practice is located between Worcester, Cheltenham, and Stratford-upon-Avon in the historic market town of Evesham, serving circa 10,200 patients.

We would like to appoint a GP on a salaried or salaried to a view to Partnership basis, offering flexibility around sessional working - with a minimum of 4 sessions.

We are a Training Practice, with 2 GP Trainers and support the training of registrars, student nurses and PCN allied staff.  

We are active members of the Vale of Evesham Primary Care Network, with one of our Partners being a Clinical Director. We have welcomed a full complement of PCN staff, both administrative and clinical, that work across our networked practices, including a First Contact Physiotherapist, Social Prescribers and Mental Health Services.

The clinical team consists of 3 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, a Clinical Pharmacist, 3 ANPs, a visiting Paramedic, and a full complement of Practice Nurses, HCAs, administrative and dispensing staff. We run Chronic Disease Clinics and have a Pharmacist Diabetic lead and Respiratory Nurse Specialist.

We have a ‘Good’ CQC rating and are a high QOF achieving Practice.

We hold a Sponsorship Licence and can offer support to Tier 2 applicants.
