Salaried GP (with view to partnership if desired), 4-8 sessions a week

We are looking to expand our current clinical team and are offering the opportunity to join our friendly, supportive and well organised team.

Competitive salary dependent upon experience and additional clinical responsibilities (includes medical indemnity covered by our practice group scheme)

·        -13,000 patients/single site

·       -Daily coffee time meeting for all GPs is central to our team philosophy, good humour and sanity

·       -Daily protected admin time

·       -Daily protected ‘shared admin’ time

·       -We use a 2 session per day system offering a mixture of telephone consultations, face to face appointments and ‘remote/online’ consultations

·        --Dedicated daily visiting doctor as part of the daily on-call/duty team

·       -Daily dedicated on-call team made of GP and Advanced Nurse Practitioner

·       -3 Advanced Nurse Practitioner s and 3 chronic disease specialist prescribing nurses

·       -2 clinical Pharmacists

·       -Highly trained document handlers manage 90% of incoming documents without clinician input

·       -Recently CQC inspected rated Good and commended for our team ethos and team atmosphere

·        -High QOF achieving and offer full range of LES and DES

·       -Training practice, with up to three GP registrars, FY doctors, student nurses and PA training.

·       -We partake in NHS research, collaborating with local universities

·       -Close relationships and Collaborative working with neighbouring practices to support Hub working and providing medical input to our local community hospital

·       -Part of Bromsgrove and District PCN

·      - EMIS Web with electronic links to hospitals and pharmacies and online booking

·       -Current doctoring team consists of 5 partners and 4 salaried GPs

·       -Start date as soon as possible,  but will wait for right candidate

Bromsgrove is a Worcestershire market town with excellent road and rail links and within easy reach of Birmingham.  There is a full range of housing and excellent schools, with our list covering the town and surrounding villages and hamlets.
