Healthcare Assistant - Worcester City PCN

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures with precision and care.
- Assist with immunisations and chaperoning duties.
- Manage laboratory samples requested by GPs/nurses.
- Maintain surgical equipment through sterilisation and maintenance.
- Prepare environments and equipment for patient care interventions.
- Assist in patient assessment and surveillance of health and well-being.
- Undertake specific clinical activities for named patients as delegated.
- Help raise awareness of health and well-being promotion.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Certificate in Phlebotomy.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Demonstrated experience in phlebotomy and immunisations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to confidentiality, health and safety, and equality and diversity principles.
