The Wyre Forest Health Partnership (WFHP) was formed six years ago and now consists of five surgeries based in the beautiful Wyre Forest area. We have 50 GPs and over 200 staff looking after 74,000 patients.

The role will be based at Bewdley Medical Centre where you will be able to join our friendly forward-thinking, high-achieving and innovative partnership, where the team take genuine pride in making work stimulating, challenging and rewarding.

This Practice Nurse role is to provide a high quality nursing care to the patients of the Practice, including treatment, screening and advice, within the professional competence of the post holder and in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery council Code of Conduct. We are seeking a Practice Nurse with practice nurse experience and a willingness to train in Diabetes, who shares our passion and who can assist the partnership to become the best it can be in a modern NHS.
