HR Manager

Main duties of the Job
You will be part of the WFHP Head Office Team and spend time in Head Office, and out at our practices.
This is a varied role from attending WFHP Finance Committee to advise on pay structures/ rewards through to supporting our site managers with HR case management; the role encompasses the strategic through to the operational elements of HR.
You will support our organisation by advising on work force strategy and creating optimal HR employment practice and procedures, whilst also supporting our 5 practices with practical HR support.
WFHP has been operating since December 2014 as a single Partnership, operating out of 5 surgeries – 3 are purpose built. We operate at scale and are at the forefront of primary care delivery in how we organise ourselves, having management and leverage for a large number of primary care employees (c250 people & c50 GPs). We also look after c 72 000 patients. We have a very strong quality improvement ethic, and are always looking to improve.
