Practice Nurse

Cornhill Surgery is a 3 partner, 2 salaried GP practice with 5500 patients. We are currently looking to recruit a capable, caring and committed Practice nurse. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious and motivated and will be keen to work as part of our successful and friendly team.
They will have the ability to work effectively within the team. Must be able to administer childhood immunisations, travel injections, cytology, urinalysis, dressings, sexual health and family planning.
In addition, preferably some expertise in diabetes, COPD, Asthma or a willingness to up-skill.
The role is initially for 4-5 sessions per week. Salary is dependant on experience.
Experience of Emis Web would be an advantage but is not essential.
