About the Area
The Practice is situated in the market town of Ledbury at the foot of the Malvern Hills, surrounded by idyllic countryside.
There are excellent transport links (train station with direct link to London, bus services, M50 providing direct link to M5 for travel from Birmingham or Bristol)
We have a close knit rural community with a great sense of community spirit.
There are excellent schools within the area and a wide variety of housing options available.
About the Practice
Practice Population of 13,700. We cover the town of Ledbury itself plus the surrounding villages and hamlets.
5 Partner GP Team supported by multidisciplinary clinical team of Salaried GPs, Biomedical Scientist, Nurses, HCAs, Paramedic, ANPs, Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician, First Contact Practitioner, Social Prescribers and Counsellors.
Values: peer support, high quality patient centred care, innovation, continuous service improvement, compassion and good humour.
You will have a well-managed workload with predictable working hours, protected admin time, a well-resourced duty rota and daily coffee meetings for all GPs and duty clinicians.
Surgery Features:
We use Klinik online triage system to review all patient requests for an appointment.
Trained administrative team to support the clinical team.
Collaborative working with East Herefordshire PCN.
We are a Training practice for GPs and for the wider clinical team
Consistently high QoF and Enhanced Service performance.
Medical systems:
EMIS Web, Docman 10, AccuRx, Klinik.
