📋 The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Salaried GP for up to 4 sessions per week (utilising the GP reimbursement scheme). Your role will encompass balanced clinical and administrative duties:

• Patient Care: Delivering patient-facing consultations and continuity of care.
• MDT Collaboration: Working alongside allied healthcare professionals to manage daily demand.
• Community Medicine: Conducting local home visits and proactive care home ward rounds across 7 local homes.
• Practice Contribution: Participating fairly in the practice extended hours rota and PCN same-day Hub sessions.

👤 About You

• Fully qualified GP with active GMC registration.
• Included (or eligible for inclusion) on the NHS Medical Performers List.
• A collaborative team player passionate about primary care excellence.
