St Stephens Mediacal Partnership is based on two sites, one in Redditch town centre and the other a 10 minute drive away in Church Hill.

Redditch has excellent transport links to Birmingham, and the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the Cotswolds.

There is a mentoring system in place for all new salaried GP's, both formally and informally as we always meet for coffee and a chat after morning surgery whilst we complete the administrative tasks.

We realise the importance of a good quality of work life balance and encourage other interests, portfolio careers and Fellowships. 

We are a keen Training Practice for GP's, Foundation Doctors and Birmingham/Warwick Medical Students. We encourage the whole team to participate in training if that interests you. We have 6 Trainers over both sites and a Training Programme Director based at one site. 

Other GPs have interests in Appraising, tutoring and Primary Care Research .

We work closely with the other practices within our PCN and one of our Partners is a Clinical Director.

CQC rated 'Good' and high QOF points. We have excellent workflow support to minimise admin as well as dedicated admin time.
